"Combines the principles of Hijazi Architecture

This building was originally a one-storey structure, designed by architect; Hassan Fathi. As per the clients request, our firm expanded it to add an additional residential storey that continued the same exterior architectural language to encourage a seamless visual blend between the two. The design was influenced by the desirable wind of the region, in order to enable natural ventilation.

 

The exterior facade implements hanging greenery and the interior benefits from greenery scattered throughout.
