Located in a tower, overlooking the sea, this private apartment design combines the principles of Hijazi architecture with modern-day technology. In order to maximize the benefits of the location, the chief architect utilizes the apartment's terrace design, with sea-front views to construct an infinity water fountain and seating area. Islamic architectural elements are applied such as arches, mangour, muqarnas and built in furniture.

 

All wood-working and special elements were customized and executed by the office.
